Bishop Malcom Harding was an ARM Missioner from 2001 to 2008, when he was consecrated as a bishop in the Anglican Network in Canada. He was the LTI (Leadership Training Institute) Director from the Fall of 2006 to November 2007, having served the previous five years with distinction as the ARM Ambassador.
